This September, Vitally exhibited at ZUCHEX, one of Turkey's leading home and kitchenware fairs, bringing our full range of gas burners to a stage shared with some of the country's most established names in gas cooker manufacturing. Four days in, the response exceeded expectations — and confirmed what we've long believed: Turkish manufacturers are actively looking for burner partners who can match their standards for quality, consistency, and performance.

A Strong Turnout, A Stronger Reception

ZUCHEX draws serious buyers from across the home appliance and kitchenware industry, and this year's edition was no exception. Over the course of the fair, our stand saw steady interest from gas cooker manufacturers evaluating burner suppliers for their next generation of products — and the conversations went well beyond a passing glance at the hardware.

Several of Turkey's leading gas cooker manufacturers stopped by to see our burners up close, and the feedback was consistently positive. For a manufacturer built on nearly five decades of engineering discipline, that kind of reception from peers in the industry means a great deal.

The Professional Series Wok G3 Stole the Show

Among everything on display, the Professional Series G3 Wok Burners drew the most attention. Its performance characteristics — built for the high-heat, high-output demands of wok-style cooking — resonated strongly with manufacturers looking to round out their high-performance product lines. Visitors were particularly interested in how the G3 handles sustained high BTU output without compromising flame stability, a detail that matters a great deal to cooker manufacturers serving demanding commercial and residential segments alike.

The E Series: Essential and Professional, Side by Side

Interest wasn't limited to a single model. Our E Series burners, spanning both the Essential and Professional lines, also drew significant attention from Turkish manufacturers exploring supplier options. The pairing gave visitors a clear look at how the two lines complement each other — the Essential Series delivering dependable, cost-effective performance for standard applications, and the Professional Series stepping up for manufacturers who need higher-spec components without changing suppliers.

Having both series represented side by side made it easy for visitors to see the full range of what Vitally can offer as a single gas burner manufacturer, from entry-level to premium.

A Genuine Alternative to Italian Gas Burners 

One theme came up again and again in conversations at our stand: price. Vitally offers a compelling alternative to Italian gas burner manufacturers, combining a clear price advantage with efficiency that matches — and in some cases exceeds — established competitors. The S+ Professional Wok made that case on its own, posting a standout efficiency rating of 63.5%, a figure that turned heads among manufacturers used to paying a premium for that level of performance.

What This Means Going Forward

ZUCHEX 2024 reinforced something we already knew from nearly 50 years in this business: quality control isn't optional when you're supplying components that go into someone else's finished product. The manufacturers we spoke with at the fair weren't just impressed by the burners — they asked pointed questions about tolerances, testing, and consistency across production runs.
